Have you ever wondered what a TikTok idol (livestreamer) payout was for recieving gifts? Or what your gifts value is really worth when you purchase coins? Use this simple calculator below based on the average 0.0143 USD per a coin purchased in app in the US region, it doesn't include taxes. Other region prices may slightly vary but not by much. I will explain in detail how the prices and payout work below the calculator.
TikTok Payout Calculator
Cost of the gift to the viewer: $0.00
TikTok's first cut (cost): $0.00
TikTok's second cut (percentage): 50%
Live streamer's payout: $0.00
How the TikTok payout prices are calculated.
- Viewer pays $0.0143 per coin.
- Viewer sends a gift worth a certain number of coins.
- Each diamond earned by the creator from gifts is worth $0.005 before TikTok's cut.
- TikTok takes a 50% cut, leaving the creator with $0.0025 per diamond.
- The 50% cut is derived from comparing the diamond's original value ($0.005) to the creator's final value ($0.0025).
Please spend responsibly. I know some people who have gone into serious debt over TikTok (16k to 35k USD). While some like myself ended up married, others have met idols in countries with high poverty only to find out the woman had a husband and children. I also know many success stories. My point is many idols outside of western countries are there to earn money because local wages are $10 to $20 a day. These idols can be good but many will also take advantage of their users by pretending to want to be with them. They'll friend them on Facebook and send certain types of photos to gain more gifts. I assure you many of the top 100 idols in certain regions didn't get there because they're funny. 😅 Be careful but also have fun. When an idol says "help me PK!" run!
